Redwood Symphony is changing a number of our normal procedures and amenities around the concert, the admission process, and the lobby. These are the specific protocols:
- As a result of potential public health condition changes in the community, as well as potential personnel changes in the orchestra, the program of music remains subject to change or even cancellation. We will try to post updates on the website, but the actual program may not match earlier published notices and descriptions.
- All tickets are available online and in advance. Patrons are encouraged to buy online, print tickets at home, or bring their mobile tickets to be scanned at the door.
- Everyone is responsible to help protect everyone around them at this event, and to do the best they can to help us minimize risks to all in this pandemic.
- Vaccination and recent booster shots are strongly recommended, but are optional for performers and audience members.
- Masks are strongly recommended, but optional for performers and audience members.
- We are implementing a “no touch” entry and lobby process.
- We have instituted assigned seating for each concert. It will not be general seating as we have had in the past. Tickets will show section and seat numbers.
- For everyone’s health and safety, please do not attend the event if not feeling well. If you have had COVID-19 within the past 10 days, please refrain from attending, unless CDC’s advice for Preventing Spread of Respiratory Viruses When You’re Sick indicates you no longer need to stay at home.
