Redwood Symphony presents three unique musical visions, grand and intimate. Respighi’s spectacular arrangement of Bach’s organ work is perhaps the best of its kind. We’re thrilled that Kindra Sharich is joining us, so soon after our 2024-25 triumph in Mahler’s “Resurrection” Symphony! This time, it’s Mahler at his most personal, prophetic and heartbreaking: Songs on the Death of Children, sung with projected supertitles. Finally, Maestro Eric returns to a work that he believes is the great Polish composer’s magnum opus; it’s unlike anything you’ve heard before and it’s truly wonderful.
